One. Overview:

GDSZ-series high and low temperature circulation device The liquid circulation of the entire system is closed. The system has an expansion container (liquid storage tank). The expansion container and the liquid circulation are adiabatic. The temperature of the circulation is high or low, and the medium in the expansion vessel is lower than 60 degrees.

The entire liquid cycle is a closed system. There is no absorption of water vapor at low temperatures and no oil mist at high temperatures. The medium can have a wide operating temperature.

two. Media requirements

In order to maintain the excellent performance of the medium (heat transfer oil) for a long time, the heat transfer oil should be tested and analyzed.

Viscosity: Viscosity changes generally indicate that the thermal oil in the system is contaminated, thermally cracked, and oxidatively degraded. When the change is greater than 15%, attention should be paid.

Flash point: Flash point changes generally indicate low-boiling formation in the system. When the change is greater than 20%, attention should be paid to it.

Acid value: The change in acid value indicates that the heat transfer oil in the system is contaminated or oxidized. When the acid value reaches 0.5, it should be paid attention to.

Residual carbon: An increase in residual carbon value generally indicates that it is caused by stolen, corrosive, severe oxidation or severe pyrolysis. When it reaches 1.0 (m%), it should be paid attention to.

three. Instructions

1. Add thermally conductive synthetic oil and power connection

A) Connect the liquid outlet of the circulation device with the second field inlet, and connect the liquid inlet of the circulation device with the second field outlet, so as to form a closed circulation system.

B) The equipment uses a three-phase five-wire system (three live wires, one neutral wire, and one ground wire) to connect the power supply. If the line is wrong (the phase protector indicator in the circuit is red), you need to replace any two. The live wire position is not correct until the phase protector indicator is green.

C) Open the top cover of the filling port, add thermal oil to the expansion oil level of the liquid storage tank (marked by the level mirror), open and open the bleed valve, turn on the power, and press the fill button to start adding thermal oil to the system until Liquid has leaked from the vent.

D) Close the air release valve, open the operation key, set the temperature to 150 degrees, and continue to deflate and add liquid to the expansion position. Close the air release valve, open the operation key, set the temperature to 25 degrees, continue to deflate and add liquid to the expansion position, and the trial operation is complete.

E) Operation:

Temperature display: After the microcomputer controller is powered on, it displays the actual measured temperature.

Parameter setting:

Set temperature: Press the SET key, the upper row displays SP and the lower row is the required setting value. Press the up or down key to reach the required setting value, and then press the SET key to exit.

To modify the internal parameters, press the SET button for more than 5 seconds to display the table (1) function menu, then click the SET button, press the password lock LK, and then press the up button to display the LK down button as 1. Then click the SET button and press to The required parameters can be modified in the same way. Then press the SET button for more than 5 seconds.

Turn on the power, set the required temperature, and press the run key switch.

four. Liquid flow

1. Constant temperature liquid flow

From the second site liquid return port to the * site (the equipment) liquid inlet, the water pump automatically closes the pre-cooling solenoid valve and enters the bottom of the heating container. There is no cutting plate replacement. The liquid is in the heating container and is operated by the microcomputer. Heating to achieve a constant high temperature.

2. Constant temperature liquid flow

In order to achieve the synchronization of the liquid lifting rate, when the high-temperature liquid enters the scene, the solenoid valve is automatically closed and the pre-cooling solenoid valve is opened according to the set data. It is like heating the bottom of the container through the pre-cooling condenser. Switch the solenoid valve on and off to achieve the purpose of constant medium temperature.

3. Constant low temperature liquid flow

For the safe operation of the equipment, the low-temperature medium (R22) must be started and operated at room temperature. Its fluid is discharged from the compressor by high-temperature and high-pressure R22 gas, cooled by an air-cooled condenser, deposited in a liquid storage tank, and dried by a filter and The expansion valve shuts off and enters the plate for evaporation, and returns to the compressor for a cycle. When the high-temperature liquid enters the device from the second site, the electronic valve is automatically switched under the action of the microcomputer according to the set temperature. When the liquid reaches the normal temperature, the compressor automatically starts, and the liquid performs heat exchange in the loading plate to achieve a constant temperature. Purpose of low temperature.

4. Constant liquid safety process

In order to control the amount of liquid circulation, the check valve controls liquid backflow and reduces energy consumption. In order to control the temperature fluctuation, the liquid temperature in the heating container is left out. The circulation pipes all go to the bottom. In order to ensure the thermal expansion and contraction of the liquid to ensure the pressure safety of the heating container and the second site, a pressure reducing device and a liquid supplement pipe are added to the system to achieve a safe and constant purpose.
